We are trying to make the most out of the last few weeks of Summer and we were lucky enough to spend an afternoon in Audley in the Royal National Park with family. The day was predicted to be rainy and overcast but Mother Nature had other plans. There were a large number of families picnicking, playing cricket, climbing trees, riding paddle boats in the river and lunching at the nearby cafe. The children always enjoy spending time with their grandparents and even Lola, with her current struggles with separation anxiety, enjoyed the cuddles.
It was a good opportunity to test out my new camera away from the confines of my home. A couple of dozen clicks later and only a few photographs that needed to be scrapped so the camera made my job very easy. I’ve added a few extra photos to the blog today as there were just too many nice moments to choose from.
